The mechanism of diesel antiwear agent is that the low abrasion resistance of diesel fuel is due to the high temperature of the low viscosity light fuel in the process of friction with metal, the wear, abrasion and corrosion of the lubricating film. From the lubricating properties of diesel oil, PAHs, nitrides and oxides play a major role in the lubrication of diesel fuel. One is to change the blending scheme of diesel by adding a small amount of good lubricating diesel composition. Two is the method of adding antiwear additives or blending components into diesel oil. Three is to change the preparation process operation.
